So one of my friends asked me about internship opportunities this summer for designers as it is just right time to look for spending summer being paid and doing what you really dream after graduating. 1. Open Lab Istanbul Graduate Intern – Graphics Design

Job Description: This is for an intern position for the `Open Lab Istanbul` inside Intel Turkey. We are looking for a highly motivated Bachelor graduate or an Master or Ph.D. student in the graphic design field. This candidate will work closely with the Open Lab team, actively participating in tasks requiring graphic design in various projects. The prospective candidate will support the daily routine of the lab, while assisting in creating graphic design work.

Qualifications

Educational and professional experience in graphic design is required. Expected skills include design and development of creative graphics, animations, and videos.

3. Design Student Placement 2014

H&M – Stockholm, Sweden

As a Fashion or Print Design Intern you will work in a team at one of our concepts. Together with the rest of the team you will produce and develop collections that will be sold worldwide in all H&M markets. We have two kinds of placements: Fashion- and Print Design Placements.

FASHION DESIGN INTERN:
Responsible for assisting the designers in developing the products.

PRINT DESIGN INTERN:
Responsible for assisting the designers in developing the prints.

H&M is looking for someone who:

Is aiming for BA qualifications in Fashion/Textile Design. The placement has to take place during your education period
Is creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion
Has knowledge of pattern making, sewing and textile materials
Is able to understand the needs of the target market
Enjoys working in a team
Is fluent in English

What can H&M offer you?

A three months contract. The possibility of extending exists if both parties agree
Salary is 17 844 SEK/month before taxes
