A while ago when we discussed about future with 3D printing, I thought about how architecture will be like with the use of 3D Technology. So here is the article about use of 3D technology in Architecture. So the companies using 3D technology in architecture are:
They announced plans for Protohouse 2.0, a single-storey dwelling with a fibrous structure resembling bone growth. It will be made of plastic and printed in a factory, in sections that are then snapped together on site.
2. Universe Architecture
Earlier this year, they unveiled designs for a looping two-storey house that resembles a Möbius strip and will be printed on site, in concrete.
They went forward to use 3D technology with a project to print, room by room, a canal house in the city, using a homemade portable printer located inside an upended shipping container.
Recently Dezeen posted an article on similar topic and i wonder you would like to read it there also.
