Afternoon Tea at Kempinski Vilnius

While we were visiting Vilnius during winter time, we thought about taking a break from sightseeing and decided to go for an afternoon tea to feel cozy. Walking by the old city square on cobbled streets, we found Kempinski Hotel right around the corner. We thought about giving them a try and we were blown away by their service. The guide us to the seating area and listen to our order very carefully as we requested vegetarian option of afternoon tea (Yes they have vegetarian option!!).

So here comes my review of experience.

Lobby Area:

Lobby area is quite well lit, spacious and tastefully decorated. I was bit curious to go around the hotel and the guy in the bar was so kind to show me different kinds of beer and wines.

We did not had to wait for so long as they served hot tea and coffee in few minutes to make us feel warm and cozy.

Sweet delights

While we were having our tea, we were served two sets of scrumptious sweet delicacies. To be true, their serving size is quite big and one set might be enough if you do not want to gain weight. Sometimes its good to take a break though 😉

As you can see they had sandwiches at bottom then macaroons, sweets and pastries at middle and top level. I love macaroons. If you are in Vilnius then I will highly recommend you to have afternoon tea here. You will love the experience.

Last but not the least, I would like to thank the management of Kempinski Vilnius for keeping my purse safe as I forgot on table and returned to me even I was away for an hour.
